Scratch by kitten again

Last Saturday, one kitten was spotted in the middle of the road, going to and fro and moving backwards. After observing for 5-10 minutes, I decided to check the kitten, and it was found blind kitten. Poor kitty!
Seeing its condition, it was brought to verandah but it scratches me and runs off. After asking my nephew to inform my neighbours, it was found out that one of our neighbours own one blind kitten and has been missing for 2 days. Then Uncle told me its name is Blindy in my native language. I wish they could have given another name 
..
Anyway, though it was a small scratches, I rush to the chemist shop and took a TT (Tetanus) injection.

Kitty is taken by owner and was telling me that their cat is familiar with their compound, and wishing it will not wander again

That's a cool name they gave it.
If it responds, they know its not deaf.
