Winter Wonderland This Morning

Beautiful! Perfect music! Here's mine this morning.

I can only dream of that . . . that would melt here in less than 2 seconds!! Enjoy the white beauty!

Ours has finally started melting good.

It's nearly 3 p.m. We have 18°C / 65°F! In February! It's crazy. There are many orchards and also vineyards in our area. I'm sure that the owners are anxious. With this weather the buds are already quite well developed. Then one frosty night will be enough and they can forget this year's harvest.

Yes, we still have at least 8" on the ground. It's above freezing; so I hope that we get some substantial melting today.

we got a dusting this morning that is going to turn to rain soon.

It looks pretty, but I am very glad that we have a sunny day and an "almost" spring time temperature.

We had snow in the recent past but I think it was Friday night a week ago. Is your recent snow melted yet? Maybe I asked that already.

Not at all, it's like spring here - very mild and damp. In fact I need to get stuck in to the gardening!

@marlina I bet Valerie would love it but I am sure she is getting a lot of snow where she is. Thank heavens we did not get a lot of snow and it melted right away.

That is a nice photo. Yesterday I was going to take a picture of the frost on the freest, thick as it was with the temperature at -18C. The trees just sparkled. Every season has its beauty.
