We are told not to judge another and come to a hasty conclusion. We will never know them unless they are tested in real life situations. Then again we ourselves do not know how we would react when situations change, become dire, and lives depend on us. I recall interviews from my childhood and when they were hyped up I felt nervous. Looking back I feel we should not be pressured but rather put at ease to make us reveal who we really are. Over time, I learnt how to be comfortable and make others too likewise. I am now retired and interviews here have petered out. I can watch the world go by without getting unduly perturbed at the happenings. Now it is for younger generations to right the wrongs and chart out their course. After all, it is their world to live in. However, a thought came to my mind to prepare myself for one final interview that could well decide my future beyond this shore if there is one of course. If this is the end, then it is fair dinkum to me. I can just count my blessings and then leave with my head held high. Maybe, I should get a bit prepared just in case. The questions I expect could be – Tell about yourself, what was your focus, what did you make of your life, what are the positives you displayed, what do you want in the future? I have been honest all the time here and that paid rich dividends in terms of a comfortable and guilt free ride. So I like to be the same as that habit is ingrained in me. I would say I was happy with the cards I was dealt, focus was not to lead a selfish life, went with the flow than upset the apple cart, try to spread cheer even when I was hurting. Then what about the future? Well I have no idea but what fits my profile would do. Yes, as I age with working life behind me, my mind is free to think about such. However, I also feel these thoughts are inner prompts that carry deeper meaning. Do you have such thoughts from time to time? Image: Interviews from Pixabay

I believe in "give respect, take respect" dictum. I give it in advance and leave it at that. I do my part wholeheartedly.

Yes, no jumping to conclusions based on looks, appearances, etc as they can be deceptive..

I enjoyed reading the questions you asked about yourself. You have led a good and honest life, filled with compassion. I haven’t thought too much about it, yet.

Thank you. I think we come across such thoughts from time to time. I had them all the time but sort of brushed them aside busy as I was in work life.

How we treat others defines who we really are. Making others feel comfortable makes a big difference to their morale and involvement.

I think I've told you about my view of the afterlife (or lack thereof), so no, I don't have those thoughts.

Yes Jabo, you have made it clear to me more than once. That is in a way admirable. No dilly dallying, two ways about it.

Thank you. I like to share what goes through in my mind and the issues I had faced in my life and how I faced them. And most are common and I am eager to know how others deal with them.
