Proteins instead of carbs: my diet.

Today I wondered about what would I have at tea time. The easy thing now is a smoothie instead of a big sandwich. It is not that I don´t like bread. I love it. But now I am using bread instead of potatoes, rice or pasta. I made a banana and strawberry smoothie and later on I´ll make an omelette with some chives and a bit of diced cheese. There are some things though that I don´t accept. I like whole milk instead of uncreamed milk. We need some fat. And although I don´t eat sugar, I eat fruit. In a little over a month I have gone down around 7 pounds. With another 7 to go I´ll be absolutely fit Do you diet once in a while? How?

I do mostly low carb too but I'm trying to have that as my regular diet rather than needing to go on a diet. I was doing very well and need to get back to my plan again. Did you mean to say that your are staying away from bread along with pasta, rice or potatoes?
