Too Much Sugar

United States
February 24, 2021 4:10pm CST
I've ate way too much sugar today. I got into my boyfriends early chocolate birthday cake that I made him last night. Then I also had some sweet tea and coffee with milk and sugar. Now I'm feeling shaky. Almost like an adrenaline rush. I don't like this feeling because it also makes me feel a bit panicky. I don't know what got into me today, I never consume so much sugar.

I have too lately because nothing sounds good for one other than some junk food or sweet stuff. We always have it on hand because we put it in my hubby's lunch for work. I have noticed that chocolate gives me heartburn lately though. Hope you are feeling much better by now though.

@AngelisaQT I know how that anxiety goes. I live that every day. I don't get the shakes though for the most part unless something bad sets it off. Yes. I used to be so healthy but not anymore with RA, Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis to deal with. Came on me all in one day is when I felt it. It was miserable untiI got on the right meds years later. I used to never get heartburn either.

Yea, I am not so shaky anymore. I took some anxiety meds, so that seem to calm me down a bit. I've only had heartburn twice in my life but it was the worst and most annoying pain ever. I can't stand it!

Calm down. Show it to doctor if health is affected more. And try to be cautious in future dear. Take care
