When Causes You To Wear Down?

I cannot think of any specific times of the day. But, I do have to base my onscreen on how much lighting my eyes can handle at the time. I go to bed between 10:00 pm and 11:00 pm every night and awaken around 6:00 am each morning. I don't always fall asleep right away, and sometimes stay in bed until 9:00 am (especially when I toss and turn until after midnight). But, I do not look at any screens (except for the ones that I look through on the windows of the house) until I get out of bed in the morning. And, when I do go online, I take multiple breaks throughout my time online.

I need to manage my time because it won't be possible for me to spend all day on myLot and now it's 1am that I better use it to rest so that my energy is replenished.
