Attempting Apple Chips...

Someone recently gave me a huge bag of apples, so I looked for a simple recipe on line so that I could try to use them before any started to go bad.
I found a pretty simple recipe for apple chips, so I'm trying that. Unfortunately it doesn't use many apples/make many chips at a time, but if they turn out good, I'll make more another day.
If I'm able to make enough, I can share them.
If I get bored of making chips, I'll have to find another recipe...

@xstitcher It's not too hard. You just cook the apples down with some cinnamon, sugar, and nutmeg... then fill your pie crust and bake!

You need to start somewhere. This seems like a good place to start and helps with some of the apples at least.
