I Am Trying To Figure Out What Broke Me Out!!!

I have Eczema on my hands and feet but I am trying my best to get it cleared up. I am trying to figure out what caused the flare up this time though. I know tomatoes make me break out but I stopped eating those for the last week, yet I have fresh Eczema on my hands this morning. It is small, itchy bubbles. I pop them with a needle to stop the itch. I might as well eat tomatoes if this is still going to happen. I love tomatoes anyway.
