Too much interference when trying to think and work.

I hate when there is too much outside interference going on when I am trying to think and work. I like being able to be home alone when working because I can do it in silence and peace without disturbances. I like silence when thinking about finances and paying bills too.

Silence during those times is definitely golden.

@stephcjh You sure do. And, I know that people are in "better to be safe than sorry" mode right now. But, as a former call center customer service representative (for 26 years), who spent part of that time working from home, I have had enough of hearing people's kids, dogs, and other household noises in the background when I call in for help with their employers' products or services. To me, it is inappropriate. And, I also believe it is time for people to be able to go back to working in their employers' offices.

@Chellezhere I think so too. I hate any kind of background noise. It is rude and distracting.

Yeah I live where it is normally quiet. But yesterday one of the neighbors supposedly had trouble with their septic tank because a truck was outside they were making alot of noise. I was trying to do some diamond painting.

There seems to be too much going on always. Hard to stay on track because of it. Good luck on your painting.
