The hip replacement surgery was a success / myLot

I wrote earlier that my ex-SIL was having a hip replacement this morning. That family has the worst bones and joints! Anyway I texted my ex at like noon to see how she did but he said he hadn't heard from the surgeon yet. He texted me a couple of hours later telling me that his sister's surgery went well. I was very happy to hear that. I'm glad that she got through it well. Her recovery will be pretty easy if it is anything like my ex's.

Glad to hear that your ex SIL's surgery went well. She will have a good recovery. It's the knee surgery that's a trial.

That's good news! I know many who have had successful hip surgeries - it stemmed from many years of figure skating. I hope he and his sister have a fast and smooth recovery!
