Achy legs drive me crazy!!!

I am trying to sit here and work online plus I am trying to get some of my online shopping done as well. I am constantly needing to move my legs though. I can hardly sit here though because I have achy legs and they are restless too. I hate when that happens because it makes me either have to get up and walk around for a while or just go to bed to get rid of it. I don't have specific medications for it. I did take some Acetominophen though.

Maybe you should go for medical check-up.

@madgreer77 Yes. My great-grandmother (lived 1883 - 1951) knew that. So, eating a banana before going to bed has been something we have been doing in my family for at least six generations now.

The most helpful my doctor has been was informing me to eat more bananas. They've tried me on muscle reactors and sleeping pills but they messed me up in an even worse way.

Man, I hear ya. Some days when I am forcing myself to get some work done, it feels like I'm torturing myself. Not always, but sometimes a warm Epsom bath will help. Has it affected your arms yet? It is so aggravating and no one gets what I try to explain. You know I read somewhere online that doctors link this to a mental illness. I may know something about that as well. Funny not funny

Yes. It affects my legs the most but I have also noticed in my arms recently too. It drives me nuts also because I want to work longer but can't sit still. I can relate to the mental illness part of it too. Sadly.

Do you take pills for allergies that might help.

No. Not at this time. Do you think allergy pills would actually help it? Willing to try whatever will work at this point.
