My husband slept very early today. As soon as he arrived home, he hit the hay and snored a bit later. he is sick because of his recurring boil. this time in his face. We will go to the doctor this Thursday because I think there is a serious infection behind all these boils. To be honest, my MIL and I have been convincing him to go back to his doctor for a bloodchem but he refused. Men are hard-headed. But a while ago, i finally convinced him.

I remember working with a girl who kept on having reoccuring boils. Apparently after lab work, they discovered that it was an infection of sorts which showed up in her bloodwork. I hope that your hubby's doctor takes this very seriously and he gets the best care.

@Janet357 I do not know if she got any better, I know that it got quite serious to the point where her doctor had to put her off from work.

thanks. I hope so too. It scares me because he likes soda and junk foods. Is that girl okay now?

anything that is recurrent has a root cause that need to be addressed - the sooner the better before it gets worse.

It could be viral or a bacterial infection. A friend used antibiotics and bleach baths which finally got rid of them. The doctor knows best. Hope your husband gets rid of them.

My dad had them before. Apparently it's due to all the toxins he had in his body as he loved eating red meat and sugary foods and drinking soda. He was treated with antibiotics and was advised to go on a detox diet. We fed him only fruits and vegetables for a week. The boils healed and dried up.
