A New York state security guard uses her first aid skills to save a student

I like the way that Greece Athena High School District security guard Robin Cooper has handled being praised as a heroine for simply doing her job at the cafeteria inside of the school on Friday morning. The name of the male student who choked on his peanut butter and jelly sandwich was not mentioned though. Robin who was in the cafeteria when she saw that the male student was in trouble jumped into action by using her training in first aid to use the Heimlich maneuver on the choking victim who was able to breathe again after the sandwich that blocked her windpipe was knocked out of his body. Robin you can say is an angel to the students at the high school where she has been employed since 2015.
