A United States Post Office mail carrier is being credited for brightening the day for Lisette LeJeune who is a single mother who in early December had tested positive for the COVID-19 virus which placed her in quarantine for a period of two weeks.
To make matters worse Lisette's two sons Matteo, 3, and Adonnis 14, also tested positive for the illness which kept them inside their home.
However thanks to Lisette's mother who drove about one hour every day from her home in Texas to Houston to supply the basic needs of her daughter and her grandchildren until the period of the quarantine period had ended.
On December 15, Lisette's personal postal carrier gave her a gift that contained her basic needs like food and a letter wishing her family a speedy recovery since the postal carrier had been warned about the family being locked inside of their home due to the pandemic.
After Lisette and her children recovered from the effects of the virus, they are following the example of the postal carrier and her mother to check up on the welfare of her loved one as well during the pandemic.
Words of encouragement always help a person who is ill and needs a helping hand.

I agree with you since they are under the radar in terms of having their good deeds mentioned in the news.

That was so nice of the postal worker to do that. I'm sure it would have lifted the family's spirits considerably.
