Its hard to lost weight??

Im a 33 y.o woman 5 ft in height Weighing 120 lbs I started my keto diet last month And every time I check my weight I'm still 120 lbs It's hard to lose weight And its frustrating Any advice for me

I guess it's not easy as getting overweight do exercises daily for like 30 minutes, walking, jogging, cycling

Hi sis!! I'm a mother of 3 boys..and my time consume cleaning,cooking and taking good care of them.. I find it as a exercise already?? But the downside is I love to cook food for them and me too??

@ithek15 those are good chores which make you fit so long as you don't over do so as to develop backache aor waist aches. Consume healthy and nutritious food you will be good.

Walk as much as you can. Do the 16:8 fast to boost your weight loss. The 16:8 is where you do not eat for 16 hours of the day. All of your meals are consumed within an 8 hour period. It has helped me when my weight loss went stagnant.

@ithek15 You're welcome. It's normal to lose a lot of weight at first and then not a lot of weight after awhile. I've found that fasting helps. This youtube channel might help too.

Are you sure you really need to lose weight? Your 120 pounds is not really heavy. Have you ever seen "My 600-pound life" on the internet?

According to our NHS height/weight chart you are a healthy weight The overweight bracket for your height doesn't start until 126 pounds.
