Stranger rescues a baby that was abandoned on a median on the road

As you know most of my good news stories have happy endings. In this case this story is going to be bittersweet since a stranger named Luke Dufrene did what any good person with a heart of compassion would do if he or she a man leave a child on the median of a highway in Lafourche Parish. The reason that the man who allegedly committed a crime by beating up his girlfriend or wife who is the mom of the child after they had an argument inside of the SUV that is owned by the female as he was driving on a highway. The alleged criminal since he is innocent until proven guilty in the court of law stopped driving the auto and his companion left the SUV to escape the abuse of her partner but she was not able to get her child out of the SUV before her companion drove off with the child inside until he stopped and decided to leave the child on the median and leave the area. Luke who was driving on the other side of the highway made a U turn and stopped his auto where the infant was left when an eyewitness and the mom of the child came to rescue the baby who is all right. The name of the person who is accused of beating his companion Dillon Terrebonne,27, who was taken into custody on various charges by the Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office after the incident. I just wonder when persons will learn not to be up their female companions over personal issues by endangering the life of a child? Thank goodness for Luke who came to save the child from being run over by autos on the freeway on Wednesday since despite what the news reports make out that our world is dark, there are many angels in our world as well.
