IHCL has initiated to launch first women's only managed residential hotel in India!!

Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. I came across this news today and thought to share it with you guys. The Indian Hotel Companies Limited is going to launch an initiative of engaging only women to manage their 112 spacious and luxurious residences under Taj Wellington Mews in Chennai. This is the first initiative taken in India where a women general manager and a team of 100 women will be employed to manage this residences. It aims to provide gender equality and also will implement various policies for welfare of women like extending maternity leave, compulsory creche facilities, reimbursement for extending family planning like IVF Treatments, training unskilled women to make them skilled in order to generate employment opportunities. The residences will be launched in Old Mahabalipuram area of Chennai. This initiative gives importance to gender equality, liberating women workforce thereby giving employment opportunities.
