The entire Avengers saga (plus Agent Carter, Inhumans, Runaways) is on Disney+, so Why Not "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D."?

That puzzled me while I was browsing through Disney+'s video-catalog---what about Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.? for that matter, what about 'all the other SPIDERMAN-movies? It could be that 'the team portrayed in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. ceases to exist after "The Blip"' or 'they travel outside of the Avengers-universe in some of the series' wibbley-wobbley, timey-wimey temporal manipulations.' Or it could be some deal with the ownership-rights (see the picture).
