cold medicine?

I am very surprised with the condition of my body, I have taken medicine but my cold still hasn't disappeared and it's been more than four days, but I can still feel the smell, and eat as usual. Any suggestions for me to take what medicine?

Drink lemon juice with honey. Avoid going out when it is cold. Steam inhalation will also help.

@omarslim If you can smell and feel hungry,I think you don't have corons.You may take turmeric powered mixed with milk .This will help grow your immunity and relieve you from corona.Drink warm water .
