It rained from last night until now, until it caused flooding to the terrace of my house. I am very annoyed with the vehicle that is traveling at such speed that it causes an overflow of water to enter the house and soak the entire room. Today is very tiring for me, I have to lift things that are in the house and dredge the water out, I heard the news of several houses drowned in other areas of my city. I hope the rain stops as soon as possible.

i'm sorry to hear that. do you have someone to help you with that? it's cloudy and it's raining a bit. but we haven't had floods since 2014.

Luckily I live in an area that is higher, indeed some places are submerged in water even up to 4 meters.

Ohh you are so lucky, it was very tiring, the flood only reached my porch, but when a car or motorbike passed, the water would surge and enter my house. yes, I saw it on the news that there were several places where the flood height was up to 4 meters. The street in front of my house suddenly became a swimming pool filled with children who were swimming, they fantasized about being sharks.

@May2k8 Even the water is very dirty, but we know kids just want to play. Look at this kid he's swimming, and asks for more rain, I'm just worried that the electricity on the wet electricity pole could electrocute them.

@RebeccasFarm children playing water in front of my house, and shouting for more rain because they want to swim. omg 50 INCHEs it must be really cold there, so what have you been doing in such freezing weather? do the children also pray that it will snow more?

yes thank you today the weather is pretty good even though there is rain but not too long so the water does not get higher, the children really like to flood they swim like fish, have you ever experienced a flood in your place?

I don't really know, but I heard the news that 3 floodgates were opened so that the water would recede quickly, but the sea was also tide, that's why the floods were getting higher at that time. but today the flood has receded and finally today there is sun How is the weather there?

I could relate to this flood problem when I was living in the Philippines. It's dreadful. Also be careful of flood water as it can have rat pee on it which can cause lots of diseases. I hope it's clearing up now. Keep safe.

We will pray that it stops raining. Flooding isn't fun for anyone and can be a lot of work. Maybe the other cars will be more considerate.

the wave that causes water to enter the house, I hope the drivers pay more attention not to create waves of water, but now that it is safely under control I hope the flood does not come at my house anymore i like rain but i don't like flood

That would be awful to have the cars causing the water to enter the house. The authorities should put up 'go slow' signs.
