I'm scratching my head as to why this can be found in a newsppaper from March 11th when St. Patrick's Day has always been celebrated on the 17th as far as I can tell. Here we are though, and what a stunning spread it is. (perhaps the paper was a weekly edition only and not daily?)
I don't have much to say about this (nor do I ever, to be quite honest) but here you are. Do with this information as you will.

@LadyDuck My only guess is that the paper was a weekly edition only and so they did not print on the 17th.
