Several sleeping residents who live in Fairfield Connecticut are grateful that thanks to the actions of their neighbors who took action to call 911 to report a house fire that started around midnight on Saturday.
Even though the damage to the house was severe, one elderly man suffered minor injuries as he was taken to a local hospital to be treated for his injuries.
What was the cause of the fire that damaged the siding of the home and spread to the roof due to the high winds that made the actions of the fire which damaged the attic of a second home is under investigation.
The residents who were displaced by the damage to the fire are being taken care of the American Red Cross.
Watching out for the welfare of a neighbor in any part of our world is what makes our world great when we work together.
