This was borrowed from The Bismarck tribune. [volume] (Bismarck, N.D.) 1916-current, March 15, 1921, Image 1 Found on chroniclingamerica.loc.gov
Several songs come to mind when I read this little blurb about a man who sold everything and moved to California only to return. "California Dreamin" By The Mamas & The Papas has to be my favorite "California" song though.
Apparently this guy just couldn't hack it in California and wanted to move on back to North Dakota.
Maybe he should have Napped on his decision before making it.
Today is National Napping Day. A Boston Prof and his wife started the holiday in 1999.

@stephcjh There used to be a 'lotter here who always said what holiday it was. They don't use the site anymore though.

Interesting news. It is remarkable that such news were published then.
Now not many would be publishing such news.

Yes but at times there can be an information overload.
We can then switch to offline things like Books.

Oh yeah! I don't know about the rest of the state, but I imagine LA and San Fran are the most expensive places.

@LindaOHio It's a city I would love to visit one day, but would never want to live. Isn't it like the tech capital of the world so to speak?
