do you stretch after waking up?

I do, but just for a few seconds. I have a friend who has an entire routine stretch after waking up, because she has a bad back. I think it is important to stretch in the mornings, and i am trying to remember what she did. it only takes a few minutes~

I do! I stretch in the morning before I get out of bed (not for too long though). And I will do it later in the morning when I am relaxed and have more time. I will also stretch before I go to sleep - take out all the kinks from the day.

Stretching is important as it relaxes our muscles and prepares us for the day. And yes I do stretch, I first do my leg routines and then I work on my biceps.

I do a bit before I take a small walk in my garden. After some chores and morning rituals, I do my exercise/ yoga and that involves good amount of stretching.
