Jameis Winston Signs with New Orleans Again

Just one day after Brees' retirement, Jameis Winston signs a one year deal with the New Orleans Saints.
The deal itself is worth up to 12 million dollars but does not promise him the starting position.
Supposedly Head Coach Sean Payton wants to have a Quarterback battle which would give both Winston and Hill the chance to start.
If you watch Good Morning Football, the opinion is that they may be better off with a two quarterback game scheme.
No matter what Payton says however, I'm pretty sure that Winston will be starter leaving Hill in his regular spot as Jack of all Trades.

I hated Winston when he played for Florida State, and I hated him when he played for the Bucs. He is not a good quarterback at all. If the Saints want to lose a lot of games next season, then Winston is definitely the man for the job.

@JordanLader My 85 year old next door neighbor. He would do much better than Winston.
Why can't the Saints go out and buy some QB talent? Hell, Russell Wilson is up for grabs.

@moffittjc For some reason they predict him going to the Bears. As of right now though, no one is commenting at all on his status.
