I used to own a fire extinguisher for the home for years. I threw it out after some time though because I seen an old one explode on a news channel anchor before. I need to buy another one so I added one to my Amazon cart while ago. Do You Own A Fire Extinguisher?

@CarolDM That is good that you have not used one yet but I hope I do not have a hard time figuring it out if I need to use it.

I have a fire extinguisher at home. Glad that we never have to use it. We keep it just in case of any accidents.

@stephcjh You need to do what you nd to make you feel safe. My house burned down 25 years ago so I feel like lightning doesn't strike twice and now my wiring is all first class.

We used to have one and it was expired now. It is a good idea to buy a new one.

Glad you have one and yes, you may need to get a new one if that one is too old. Take care.

We did or do. Probably need to check it or get another. I know my mom in law got rid of there several years ago because they were no longer good, took them to the fire department to be checked. That's why I can't remember if we still have one or not, I can't remember if we got ours checked back then or not.
