Just finished watching "Story of Diana" on netflix. It was just so sad what happened to her. I saw her and her children in magazines when I was little and I thought she had a wonderful life. I thought she was very kind as I saw all the pictures of her helping the less fortunate around the world.
It was only when i got older that I knew about Camilla, how her husband did not love her, and how she tragically died.

Not much, I didn't even realize she existed until I learned of her passing. I've never been interested in what the rich one percent do with their lives.

I liked Princess Diana when i was a kid because she seemed to be kind. But what we see on tv is not everything. Camilla was Prince’s Charles first and last love. She was the person he wanted to Mary. But the Queen didn’t agree to that and they made sure Prince Charles wouldn’t end up with Camilla. So i don’t blame him. There was a time though that he loved Diana but only for a short period of time. Diana made sure she will be married to the Prince. It was her sister who was dating Prince Charles but Diana made sure that she will get the Prince’s attention.
Diana had an affair with her body guard while being married to Prince Charles. She did it to spite him. She has had several affairs. But she never want to divorce Charles at all. It was the queen who suggested they do that.

@sharon6345 they were too young. and i know they are aware now that they’re an adult but I haven’t read anything about their reaction. Diana was a very hands on mom to her kids and she would bring them every time she and Charles would travel out of the country. She was a great mom to her kids.

@toniganzon yeah, i don't know much about her, only from magazines and documentaries.
It is the first time I hear about her wanting to be married to Charles though - docus didn't really discuss much on that part.

I knew all about that as I was a fan who admired her very much. It still hurts me to this day what she went through and dying way too young.
