waiting for a package

Packages delivered to us will not be put in the doorstep because our house is far from the road. 
So I really have to mind the phone when the delivery guy calls, since I have to meet with the by the side of the road.
I used to forget to unmute my phone before, and I didn't notice the calls, so my delivery is cancelled.
Now I always track the package when it's near the EDT and put my phone in the highest volume.

The good thing in our place we have guards to receive the goods so whenever there is delivery we are not worried because we just inform them that they will be receiving these items and we can even leave them the payment to pay them so we are not worried that they would not deliver the items.
