Mark Titmus who is the co-owner of the Coffee Caravan is one person who is assisting persons in Lebanon Ohio by giving persons who live in the community a chance to work at his company. Mark hires persons who have special needs since every person who is employed at his place of business does possess a talent to work in his store and they have good character to make the customers happy. The best part of the Coffee Caravan besides the teamwork is that the employees become like a family working together.
