The best-known song by the British band Johnny Hates Jazz, the song was a big hit in 1988.
Singer/songwriter Chris Datchler is a stomach cancer survivor. He collapsed while walking with his kids in London in 2013 and was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. While it put a gaping hole in Johnny Hates Jazz’s comeback success, he did survive and is still making music.
And that is not a “shattered dream.”

Great song from the 80's. Always thought the name was interesting.
No stimulus check for us yet. Not worried about it. Rather not have it as it certainly isn't free.... 1/2 tank gas now cost us $45.00 and don't get me started on what I paid at the grocery store a little while ago...and with that I wish you a blessed day.

I did get mine but brother and sister did not. Brother usually gets his by mail for some reason. I think its because he uses Chime or something, one of those online banks. He is like I do not get it I gave then all the info and still receive by mail. My sister did not even get her 600 dollar check last time so she is a bit worried. I remember when people were getting the first one and I never got mine I wanted to cry. I finally got it in November Know how she feels there so this song matches that.
