The Horse uses health food to cure a tummy ache.

I have been eating healthy food recently. Or so they say. But my tummy has still been bothering me more than I would like. Even Casper's hotdogs don't settle my stomach completely. Maybe it's because of my love of wine. Maybe it's because of stress over my flaky boss calling me at the last moment, telling me not to come in. Maybe it's because of trying to teach music at Guitar Center, and realizing I have become a part of "corporate America." In any case, today I decided to take things into my own hands, and get some food that I know is both good and good for me. I went to McDonalds and got a Big Mac. No fries. No beverage. Big Macs fueled me when I was a soccer and baseball player in high school. Big Macs helped get me through Graduate School. Big Macs are where comfort food and health food collide. I am cured. I am serious. My tummy feels great, and I am ready to drink beer, smoke herb, and play music with my 80-year-old harmonica buddy tonight. Do you have a heath food that can cure your ills, no matter what else is going on in your life?

I would have to say that MCDonold's fries tend to do the trick for me. Well sometimes. But, that could be because I'm usually in the early stages of a low when I do get them. Glad you're feeling better.

@crossbones27 The body gets used to a certian way of eating, that if you try to flip a switch, then it's going to hate you.

@kaylachan That is true too. Why I keep my body as polluted as possible so its used to everything. Come on that was funny.

Its probably all the grease, all the bad things that upset your tummy just slide off.

Maybe, my brother had big issues a while back but some kind of vitamin substance and apparently works because he even stopped drinking coffee and now he is back up to two cups a day. He actually went to emergency room and they said something to do with intestines. Nothing they could do, just way he is built I guess but some kind of intestine supplement and seems to be much better.

Do you mean besides chocolate? No, I don't. Fictional bounty hunter Stephanie Plum cures her hangovers by getting fries and a coke from McDonalds.

For me it would be homemade chicken and noodles. Just wish they were not soooo fattening.

I enjoy both Lipton's and Campbell's chicken noodle soup. I am too lazy to make it from scratch.

You reminded me of a time when I had resigned myself to a strict diet while I was attending university. I have now forgotten which fad diet I was on but I do remember feeling light-headed, stomach growling, and not having a mind to study. So I just gave it all up one afternoon sitting in the student lounge, I marched down to the vending machines and came back with Coke, an ice cream and a candy bar, When I finished all that I was normal again my stomach was happy and the diet was a thing of the past

That's not at all what I expected! I would have said either liquorice or ginger.
