Do you always make a to-do list?

People say that making a daily to-do list is one of effective ways to become productive. You know your priorities and what things that need to be done in a day so there's a less chance you can be lazy or something similar.
When I was in college, I used to make this kinda daily schedule/to-do list, and I feel I was really productive. But lately I'm lazy to make such of those things due to routine since I entered the office.
How about you? do you always make a daily to-do list?

I have two lists on my freezer door. One is a to do list and one is a grocery list.

I try to make list this way I know what I’d like to get done for the day or needs to be complete. Some things need to be other things I’d just like to get done but don’t have to right away.

It depends on my mood and on the day. If I do make a to do list, I find myself avoiding the thing!
