Back from shot-land...

Actually, I have been for a couple of hours now, but when I first started to type up a post, my brother came over, and we talked for about 45 minutes, and then when I came back here, I accidentally clicked away my post.
I went to get my shot--they did this one at--what I think may be the cafeteria at the local Junior College. I walked to the bus stop, and like a dummy when I was on the bus I missed my stop, so had to walk back about a block, then had to walk all the way to the back of the Jr. College campus to find where they were doing the shots (at least I got a lot of steps in!) . There was a line of--I'm guessing about 50 people, but it moved pretty fast.
After I got the shot, they wanted me to sit for about 15 minutes to make sure it didn't affect me weirdly or anything. Someone made me a second appointment to get shot #2, and I went to wait for a bus home. Brought a book with me, so read for the 15 minutes or so I had to wait for the bus.
The Jr. College is on a far end of a street where I actually get off to go home, so it was a ride down the road, I got off and came home.
So, that was my exciting day.

Yup, I'm guessing you're right. I felt a little woozy for a bit after the shot, but thankfully that went away.

Congrats. Well, I'm happy you got it and you were able to do so with less trouble. At least it wasn't crazy busy like a lot of places happen to be. Hopefully you don't suffer side effects.

I wonder what they would do if someone fainted after getting the shot, whether they'd say not to get the second one.
