Leftover stir-fry with egg noodles for lunch

So I cooked egg noodles and seasoned them with salt, garlic powder and pepper then fried them in olive oil and added the leftover steak strips, bell peppers, onions, ginger root and garlic and fried it up. Added more hoisin sauce too. Was delicious. I feel like I need a salad though. I know how my stomach is. If I don't get enough veggies I'm in trouble.
