Another Rush Work to Accomplish

I was expecting that I would be relaxing and contemplating starting tomorrow because it is already Holy Week. It was later in the afternoon when my boss called me telling me that he missed to inform me the deadline of the paper work. The report is to be evaluated on Monday so I need to submit it before that day.
It is really frustrating on my part because I I am always submitting my work before deadline. He kept on apologizing but what good would it do since I have to work hard on it.
Have you experienced this? How did you deal with it?

I remember something like that happened to me and I don`t have a choice but to take overtime and meet the deadline 
but after that I went out and buy some good things to eat and enjoy

That is the disadvantage when we have boss around. Much better if we be the boss ourselves.
