tooth starting to ache again

I think my bottom right wisdom tooth is the culprit. Since it has a hole(the enamel? is gone), but i cannot get it pulled yet since it hasn't grown enough.
It may need surgery and I am definitely not up to that. 
Got 2 of my wisdom teeth pulled out years ago, can't wait to get rid of the remaining ones.

I have all my wisdom teeth, because I'm too much a coward to get them pulled. I just use pain killers when they act up.
