Omega -3 is helpful in curing knee problem

I read that omega-3, fish oil, is help full is curing knee pain problem. Yesterday I order online for it. These are capsules. If any one used it, than share their experience here.

I used to take some food supplement with omega-3 fish oil too. Good thing I am very much fond of eating fish and vegetables nowadays

We are vegetarian so we are not eating fish, but for health problem I decide to use it

@anil02 Good thing technology nowadays was able to find out to put the essential omega-3 in capsules. That way you will still be able to enjoy its effects without having a hard time since you are indeed vegetarian cheers

I thought it is good for the heart. I usually eat some food rich in potassium to protect my knees.

I also heard chicken feet helps but since you're vegetarian, I am not going to recommend it to you.

I take Omega-3 and I here it is good for many things. Who knows if it actually is. But I still take it. No ill effects I can think of, so why not?
