In 1993 The Bluebells were at number one on the UK singles chart with "Young At Heart" In 2008 Mariah Carey overrode the US chart record set by Elvis by scoring her 18th number one single "Touch My Body" from her album E=MC2. Elvis had 17 number one hits but The Beatles still held onto their record with 20 US number one hit singles. In 2011 Adele broke the record for the longest time at number one on the UK album chart by a female solo artist with her second album 21 which spend 10 weeks at the top of the chart.
