And I´ll bake some potato peels for snacks. I finished all my Easter sweet snacks and promised not to buy any more

Then I´ll see what is in the fridge. Probably I´ll eat some vegetarian meal today as I did not thaw any meat. What will you have for lunch or dinner today?

I cut the Italian sweetbread this morning and we had a slice, but no dessert after lunch, only strawberries.

I decided not to do the potato peels. But I found shrimp and I am cooking shrimp rice, Chinese style.

We had hoped to have some ham; but we ate it all before Easter! So then we were going to have pizza; but they didn't open up until late; so I ended up having meat loaf and a baked potato with sour cream.
