- Starting My New Plan Tomorrow -

So, the day to finally start my new plan for April is tomorrow.
I know I always say I am starting something new, or starting over....and then fail after 3-4 days. I hope that won't be the case this time.
My goal for the month? I'd hope to lose 15 pounds (10 or so is probably water weight anyways). I want to get my blood sugars under 100, and fasting in the 80's.
I am going to try to have no cheats....if we do go out I can get a bunless burger, or something.
Going to try to drink at least 64 ounces of water (some days I don't drink any besides what is in things I already drink).
Hoping to work out 5 days out of the 7 days in a week.
Not going to go over the whole list but main things I will be eating:
Meats (ground beef, burgers without the bun, steak, chicken, salmon, tuna)
Cheeses (slices, shredded, cream cheese, etc)
Fats (butter, peanut butter (yes counting it as a fat), coconut oil)
Eggs (hard boiled, deviled, fried, etc)
1 fat bomb dessert allowed a day
Keto chow shakes (or mixed into mug cakes, waffles, etc) are allowed
1-2 zip fizz drinks allowed
Not sure if I am forgetting anything or not. But going to try to stick mostly to that list. Going to try to stay away from "keto" or "low carb" breads, tortillas, baking....and so on.
We'll see how well I can do. What do you think? I'd love to know....want to see how this will go?

@MommyOfEli2013 I hope you do. I make plans and they work for awhile and then I go off. I'll be forced to when I have surgery.

@MommyOfEli2013 It is a struggle. I try to focus on what I am gaining (feeling better) more than in what I am giving up. But, some days I just want the treats, and just don't care

But it gets harder to restart each time I have to. It is a struggle.
Well nothing wrong with that...glad you like those things. I do like potatoes...and will miss them.

It is good foods, just start missing the tasty carbs (bread, potatoes, pasta) Thank you, I need luck...got almost 100 pounds to lose total.

It is up to you what you do or do not do. It is your body. It took me a very long time to get to my weight loss level. I went on diets and gained the weight back, I joined Overeaters Anonymous and did not really lose much and about 3 or 4 years ago I took a good look at myself and decided I have to do something and I did. Now, i exercise and walk when can and do a workout online during the week and eat two meals a day and less than what I did before and in between meals just drink. So it is up to you to find your way and do it when you feel you can do it and not when someone else tells you you need to do it.

My husband LOVES my deviled eggs. I could go for some egg salad. I hope your diet goes as planned. We are all here to support you and help you reach your goals! You can do this!

Deviled eggs are very good....the best way to eat them when they are hard boiled I think! Egg salad is okay too depending what you put in it. I appreciate the support, I hope I don't fail and let everyone down this time.
