Almost Time To Workout Again

Yes, I am going to workout for the 2nd day in a row. Most likely will be just doing some dancing.
Hopefully I can do over an hour...although feeling not the greatest. Giving up the carbs can make one not feel the best at the start. I had breakfast/lunch but it left me kind of nauseous.
Have you worked out today?

I will try, except I am super sore. Also so out of shape.

Hope you feel better. Maybe you should do your workouts in smaller increments. Maybe 15 minutes at a time.

@LindaOHio I used to do two separate workouts, but they were 1 and a half hours or 2 each.

Thank you....and I I don't think I would want to have to do 15 minutes at a time....I want to get it done all at once lol
