I'm not a tech savvy person so I'm unsure if this can be fixed. I just got this phone a few weeks back now. A Samsung Galaxy s71 Fairly new phone compared to ny old phone as a s8 neo. It constantly comes uo offline if I'm not on wifi at home. So if I'm sitting at work it often delays alot or says offline

There's a known software issue with that model and a few other Samsung phones that might be causing it. I think the workaround is to switch it to 4G/LTE preferred mode because the problem is only affecting it on 5G networks. If that doesn't help, you might need a new SIM card from your carrier.

If it is a Wi-Fi issue, that's something to address with your Internet provider.

I have a samsung Galaxiy s 10 plus and I had the same problem with my phone. When I'm using cell data it would cut off or say offline. Doing a factory data reset resolved the issue for me. What carriir are you with?

Not an android user so have no idea what’s going on with that phone. I know Samsung has an awesome customer service so i guess it’s best to contact them. I love my iPhone and whenever i have a problem i just have to chat with an apple agent online and they immediately resolve the issue. Even with replacements they’re quick at responding.

Can you go back to where you got it and have them look at the phone.
