Missing a pack

I ordered two packs of cat food for the kiddies. One kilogram each. When it arrived today (left on my shoes rack again

), there's only one pack in it. The seal was still in tact so it's no doubt the seller makes a mistake. I contacted them earlier on and asked them to deliver another pack asap. I still have time until 13th before my payment being released to the seller. If they post it tomorrow, I'll have it by the next day. If they don't post it tomorrow, I'll just file for refund.

stop release of payment to supplier till you get another pack

Hope you get the second pack of cat food quickly and you don't have to go through asking for a refund.

That's true. Besides I feel like I need to help small business like this by giving them a second chance. Their reviews are good too.

@prinzcy maybe it was just an oversight and they'll send you the missing package. I like to support small business too and go by reviews.
