I like sports stars who are not known worldwide who have hearts of compassion to save a life when duty calls them. Jennifer Watson who is a resident of Fayson Lakes New Jersey answered the call of duty when her dogs Peanut and Georgia were getting her attention by barking since two men and a child were in a boat that was about to sink in the lake. Jennifer who has been a swimming champion since she was five years of age went into her rescue mode by grabbing the child who is three years of age, swim to shore and then proceed to rescue the two other men from the sinking boat to safety. Neighbors who live in the same neighborhood where Jennifer lives with her mother who is ill with MS admire her for her heart of caring for others without any expectations of any reward.

My sons, who were champion swimmers, would have done the same. I like how the dogs barked to get her attention.

Anybody who is at the scene would their best to rescue those persons who are in distress at the lake. However Jennifer Watson is there so she rescues them one at a time.

@Deepizzaguy Very smart and wise dogs to alert her to the problem. Good that she was there when it happened. I am sorry about her mother. MS is not much fun. She sounds very special.

I am glad they were saved but I have to say I understand the child being scared and had to be saved but two grown men what in the world and why did they take out a leaky boat sounds like a Laurel and Hardy comedy to me
