One of my paintings.

The picture is of one of the paintings I did on Saturday. I did two that were similar but this was the best of the two. The other one I did I overworked the sky and it looked streaky and, well, overworked.
I did two more aswell and I've put the pictures up attatched to a previous post. I did one of a hobgoblin and one of a wintry scene.
I do hope to keep on improving with my paintings. Especially my trees, I do seem to be having a problem with trees. They always seem to be too thick and bulky. I need to use a smaller brush.
I hope to do some more painting soon, but maybe not this weekend because my Mum wants me to make some more birthday cards with trains on for the men.

@DianneN Thank you. But it's only difficult if you don't know what you're doing. Frank Clarke reckons he can teach anyone to paint.

Anyone can paint, you just have to know where to start. Why don't you watch some of Frank Clarke's videos on YouTube and see how easy it is? He makes it very easy. He's also funny too. Humour always helps you to engage with your tutor! And if you say, oh, I can't paint, I can't even draw a straight line, Frank says if you've got a ruler and a pencil, you can draw a straight line!

When a picture and various colors are formed on canvas or paper, this will surely make the person who draws feel happy and proud of his work.
