Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. There are two sets of people on this planet, one that is academically educated and another who is experimentally educated.
To be more precise, there are many people who have got formal education and doing their jobs or business.
Then there are some people who aren't educated but have learned from experiences in life. There are many billionaires like Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Dhirubhai Ambani etc who didn't go to school but made life their own school and experience their best teacher.
Both sets of people sees success and failure in life. Education is very important but along with it experience and exposure to life and among people plays a pivotal role too.
Let me know what you think about it. Have a good day. Take care!!

I certainly agree with this. One can be good academically but the other one can be good technically. Unless we experience it first hand, we will not grasp how it is being done. Experience is the best teacher. It corrects and improves people.

Experience is a great part in achieving success. It's in fact a part of the qualifications when applying for a job. When we go to school, we will be feed with theories through lectures. Unless we apply these theories in practice, we can't say that we fully understand a certain thing. In comparison, a person who learned through experience may not be able to fully practice the knowledge because he/she may lack in some aspects which only having the formal education give.
So for me, education and experience is both important. Thank you for initiating such a great topic.
