The amaranth from my parents

After the pandemic last year, my parents started to plant some vegetables in their house. Frankly, it is not very successful but I am glad that this time the amaranth grows well. I cooked it and it really tasted well. These are real organic vegetables

No, it is not water spinach. The red sauce is from amaranth when I cooked it.
