My Winner Winner Chicken Dinner

So the dinner came out great, great flavor. Still haven't go the knack for keeping the breading from falling off the chicken. Never said I was a chef. But I do some pretty good cooking. Found some potatoes and a can of beans so made mashed potatoes and beans as sides. My girlfriend liked it, I liked it, so it was a success. Especially in terms of flavor.

That's the main thing, enjoying it. I go to Safeway for their $5 Friday chicken tenders. Before they'd have small amounts like 3 slices, but recently, full $5 amounts. Guess I'll have to freeze some.

It can be tricky. But usually if you do an egg dip or something like that it helps. Either way, it looks delicious.

look great! next time put flour before the egg, this way the breading wont fall
