...teaching online. If you wanted to be a virtual teacher, you need to be even-tempered. If not, you are going to be stressed out. Lately, I am so exhausted because of the decking of new students online. Some of them are in denial about their performances during their classes online. Thus, I am still a human that feels under the weather working online sometimes. Are you an even-tempered person? How far can you maintain it? Image Credit: media4.giphy.com

I KNOW that picture isn't you! He's too cute to be you, Shavkat! I'm very even tempered... Once I get mad I stay mad a long time.

I am sure it will take time before you forgive someone. It is my personality not to give in easily.

@Shavkat If we both hold grudges, are you sure you want to come visit?

I was a classroom teacher and very even tempered. I don’t believe teaching online is easy to do at all.

I agree that it is not easy. It is better to teach in a classroom-type offline. For the reason that you can easily vent out after having a class with the students.

@DianneN I agree. It is a big no-show the evil look when teaching online because the video is saved every after the class.

@Shavkat That’s one way of putting it.. It’s easier to give the evil eye if they are misbehaving, too.

It depends on the situation. There are times I can`t keep my temper but I don`t shout or something. I just defend myself by saying it nicely

If I felt disrespected, then it is about time to unleash my evil side. No one has the right to do this to me.

I am trying my best not to be ill-tempered. But then, I can lose it if it is out of control, especially if I am attacked deliberately.

At work no. I always think that this is my bread and butter thus, I don't have any plan to ruin it.

I can relate to you. I am trying not to lose my coolness because it can lead to termination. It is not the right time to find a new company during this pandemic.
