I took a cold shower!!!

Today I went out on the daily morning jog and when I came home I did an abs workout routine, after that I took a nice cold shower. I think I hadn't taken a cold shower in years!! but since someone posted about it a few weeks ago I couldn't stop wanting to try, I've heard it's healthy for you and since the weather is getting a lot warmer I was able to do it today. It took a lot of courage tho but I enjoyed a lot in the end. How has everyone been? ?

When summer hits here in Florida, it gets so miserably hot and humid that I take cold showers every day. It is very refreshing to feel that cold water on your body when you are hot and sweaty.

@samysotelo18 I know! I can’t stand it when I feel so refreshed from a cold shower and then step back out into the heat. Sometimes I wish I could stand under the cold water in the shower for an hour or two.

Yes I agreeee, it's the best feeling even tho just when you get out of the shower you feel hot again lol

I wish I could take cold baths sometimes, but I can't. To much of a shock to my body. Glad you enjoyed yours.

During the summertime I tend to take much cooler showers, but never cold, cold. But it is extremely refreshing. Glad you enjoyed it.

omg I can only imagine, I don't know if I'd be able to take a cold shower in winter time
